You do not need ANY artistic talent or inclination for ArtWork. It is meant for you to discover things about yourself.
The sessions can be from a topic that I provide or something you have been struggling with.
There is no wrong way to make art.
This space is for creative and energetic exploration — it's not a replacement for therapy or medical care, and there's no goal, except whatever shows up.
